Port: 80
Home Page: fb.me or live.airtelworld.com 
Apn: airtelgprs.com

Now connect your Mobile or Modem to PC and Load Hope page of your browser. Now enter Youtube.com there and Enjoy Youtube Buffering and Even downloading, If you have IDM installed in your PC. Just make same above settings in your IDM too.
